I consulted in the order of manager - surgeon - manager, and they took a CT as well as facial photos. The manager just asked what kind of feeling I wanted when I had my nose done, and the surgeon explained everything. The surgeon felt my nose all over and said it would be better to go for a straight nose. They also said to shave down the dorsal hump, and here they said to use septal cartilage and ear cartilage! I showed them the photos I had prepared, and they said it would not come out like the photos T_T The photos had a slightly straight-but-soft nose feeling, but they said I should go straight, and if the columella is lowered too much, the nose will look longer, so just lower it a little. They also said not to do alar reduction. What I liked here was that, since smiling or making a lot of expressions can inevitably make the nasal tip droop, they said they also give Botox to prevent that. Other places only talked about swelling laser, but here they said they also give scar laser! Other places did not mention nasolabial angle correction, but I liked that they explained that too. I also asked here about medial epicanthoplasty and outer/lower canthoplasty, and they said medial epicanthoplasty would show the lacrimal caruncle and feel burdensome, so they did not recommend it, and they also did not recommend the outer/lower canthoplasty.
