I went last year to get a consultation for eye surgery. I arrived at the scheduled time, and after waiting about 30 minutes, I first consulted with the manager. The process went manager > doctor > manager, and I had to wait another 30 minutes to see the doctor. The doctor explained the line well and how the procedure would go. But the method was quite different from other places, and they pushed natural adhesion, which I did not want, so I had it done elsewhere. Overall, maybe the doctor was busy.
