It's already time for me to leave my 10-month review too. I had contouring triple procedure (cheekbone, square jaw, chin, cortical osteotomy, masseter reduction, chin advancement) + nose surgery (custom implant, donated rib cartilage). Because my face was square and flat-nosed, I kept getting fixated on my face and my self-esteem kept dropping I heard it's better to do it when you're still younger, even by one year, so I had contouring and nose surgery together.
Since I thought neither of them was a small surgery, safety and zero accidents were the priority. The hospital had to have an anesthesiologist, dantrolene on hand, and the director's experience!!!! It had to have all three.
And the next important thing was aftercare!! They say cosmetic surgery is a battle against swelling. So I had to find a place where aftercare was handled well. It wasn't easy because I was checking everything one by one, but the place I finally found was Samsao Everyone, it's here, here!!!!!!!! Samsao!! ❤️
Right after surgery, they packed my nose with gauze so it was hard to breathe, and with contouring I couldn't open my mouth much (obviously), so I just wanted to pull the gauze out and remove the bandages. But how could I do that? This was the face I'd wanted, after being stuck with a flat nose and square face!!!!!!!!
But since the aftercare was so good, even though I didn't do anything extra besides following the hospital's instructions and precautions properly, the swelling went down quickly and my recovery went well. Everyone, just trust the directors and follow along exactly.
There isn't a separate lifting treatment for the face, but even so, there was absolutely no sagging XXX. I didn't notice anything particularly abnormal with the nose either, so as long as I avoided impact it was basically fine..? Thinking about it like this, the two directors, Director Park for contouring and Director Song for the nose!! 정말, they completed everything so perfectly that I just wanted to bow toward the hospital's direction.
The reactions around me were good too lol If I just went out looking vaguely human, people would say, 'Huh? What is it, you look pretty today~~' I got drunk on the compliments ㅁㅇㄹ.... It's almost been a year now, and people usually say swelling warfare lasts until around then, haha. Compared to that, mine feels a bit far from it, hehe.
Except for the immediate post-op period and weeks 1 to 3 (the stitch-removal period), I had no stress at all about swelling, so every time I look in the mirror I just think, 'What, why am I so pretty now~' and lose my mind alone. I feel like I became addicted to mirrors haha. Every day when my friends call and ask what I'm doing at home, I say I'm just admiring my face. That's how satisfied I am, basically the best of the best
