It's already been 5 months since I had surgery at Batang Plastic Surgery this January haha. The last time I posted a review, so many people asked me in messages and comments about my eye and nose surgery review that I came back to leave another one.
At 5 months, the residual swelling definitely goes down at a different pace, and my face feels slimmer overall, so I feel happy every time I look in the mirror these days haha. The biggest change is my nose. Before, even when I touched it, it felt a little awkward, but now my skin sensation has come back a lot, and the swelling on the sides of my nose has gone down so much. From the front, the line is definitely slimmer, and I love it so much..!!
When I first consulted with the director, I was thinking about whether I should also do nostril reduction because I hated how wide and blunt the tip looked.. At that time, the director told me that if they put silicone in the bridge and properly lift only the tip, the nose would look narrower, and honestly I think I did the surgery exactly as the director said and it was the best decision a hundred times over! The round nostrils moved upward and looked narrower too, and overall it doesn't look artificial at all, so I really love it!!
Also, the area where I had forehead reduction surgery is still growing fine baby hairs, so I keep them fixed down with small pins. I guess you could call it that awkward in-between stage?? haha Once that transitional period is over, I think it'll be so good. The scar is completely invisible, and before I used to cover my forehead with hairline makeup or bangs because my forehead was wide, but after forehead reduction I always show my forehead openly haha. It seems to suit my facial proportions better when it's shown, and if I let my hair fall down it feels stuffy, so I always keep it exposed.. After spending such a large amount of money on surgery, hiding it would feel like a waste of money T_T If you get forehead reduction surgery, make sure to show your forehead!!
And the forehead lift was early for my age, but I really have no regrets. I actually look younger than before, and even when I get older, I think it'll sag less than other people and hold up better, so I think I made the right decision to do it early..!!
For my eyes, I didn't get greedy and only had natural adhesion to simply fix them at my original double-eyelid height, so they look natural and not overdone. There isn't that broken, segmented feeling anymore, and the line is now cleanly defined as one line, so I've heard many people say my eyes look much clearer and prettier! And since the dark circles overall disappeared, my aegyo-sal stand out more and my face looks brighter haha.
I honestly thought the under-eye fat repositioning wouldn't make a huge difference, but to me the hollow look under the eyes disappeared, so my eyes themselves look more defined and people seem to notice them more. The facial contour surgery was truly amazing in effect, and even though there doesn't seem to be much swelling, it keeps going down and my face is still getting smaller! Before, I had a long and angular face, but I had square-jaw reduction, total body zygoma osteotomy for the frontal effect, and a three-point fixation on the cheekbones, so it seems like I don't have cheek sagging either. Since both the width and length of my face got reduced at once, my friends from before really can't recognize me at all haha.
Until now, whenever I saw pretty people on Instagram, honestly I thought it was all editing, but I never knew plastic surgery could really make someone look like this.... haha Since they also removed fat from the buccal area, the line came out smooth without any unevenness, and my chin-tip sensation has come back much more than last month, so I think I just need to wait a little longer. Overall, I had a lot of plastic surgery, but it doesn't feel excessive at all, which I love. These days when I do my makeup, I just lightly fill in my brows, add a little eyeliner, barely use eyeshadow, and only curl my lashes, put on mascara, and add highlighter..? My makeup time has gone down overall, and I feel satisfied because I look prettier than before even without doing it as heavily as I used to!! I've been interested in plastic surgery since I was young and thought about it a lot, but it really feels like one of the best decisions I've ever made T_T Batang Plastic Surgery also took care of treatment and follow-up really thoroughly, which gave me a lot of trust.
