It was a place I got my first eye surgery consultation 2 or 3 years ago. They said only an in-line would work; otherwise it would become a sausage line. The line they drew was so low that it didn't appeal to me. A acquaintance later had surgery there, and they recommend ptosis correction + front canthoplasty as if it were the default regardless of proportions. Both I and that acquaintance are faces that should not get front canthoplasty.. The surgical method is geared toward not making the eyes bigger, with safety as the top priority.
