Nose Surgery Reviews

8 months after rhinoplasty revision + lower canthoplasty, without an overdone look!

The nose was a revision surgery, and I also had lower canthoplasty done at the same time, but as time has passed it definitely looks even more natural. There were so many things I wanted to improve, including a crooked nose, asymmetric nostrils, and the nasolabial angle. But Dr. Kim Hyun-woo at Wont Plastic Surgery explained everything so carefully, and what stood out most was how strongly he wanted to carry out the surgery so that I would not need any more revisions. That was the reason I chose him. The material used was autologous costal cartilage, and maybe because it has such good support, he was able to correct the crooked nose really well in one go. I was also surprised that even the asymmetric nostrils could be addressed at the same time. The scar at the harvest site for the autologous rib cartilage has faded a lot, and although it hurt a little at first, now that it has been almost 8 months, I have no inconvenience at all in daily life. I am also satisfied with the nose line, because instead of making it too dramatic, they set the height and shape to suit my overall face shape. For the lower canthoplasty too, I have seen some reviews from other places where it looked too strange, but mine was opened just right, so I actually enjoy putting on makeup. Overall, I really remember the doctor’s kind yet meticulous consultation and the whole surgical process. The chief coordinator was dignified and kind in consultation, and the careful follow-up care was excellent too, so I think I made a good choice by having the surgery at Wont. I will share again later after more time has passed and let you know how well it holds up.
