First of all, I’m in my 20s and my nose was a total mess T_T The tip dropped downward, so from the front my face looked longer, and from the side the tip sagged, which made my overall impression look really dull,,,,, and since the tip had a bit of flesh to it, it was a bulbous nose, so every time I looked in the mirror, all I could see was my nose,,,,, Looking at celebrities, all I could think was that their noses were pretty, so I think I really saved hundreds of photos lol T_T I had seen a few reviews here and on other cafes, and there were reviews saying that alar reduction made the nose look pinched, so while looking for a skilled surgeon who could improve a bulbous nose without alar reduction, I ended up choosing Dr. Jung Young-hoon at ID Hospital and went there!! I said I wanted to lift the drooping tip and refine the bulbous nose, but I absolutely did not want alar reduction, so I was being kind of a difficult patient, if not outright troublesome? lol But Dr. Jung smiled gently and said not to worry, then explained in a pretty engineering-like way that if the drooped tip is firmly supported and lifted upward, the spread-out alar skin will be pulled upward too, and the alar base will naturally come together more slimly... it just clicked immediately, and I booked the surgery as if I were under a spell. Now it has been about a month since surgery, and the shape of my nose is starting to settle little by little. Thanks to not having alar reduction, there is zero pinched-nose feeling, and it feels like my original nose was upgraded into the prettiest version of itself T_T Just having the drooping tip lifted has given my face so much dimension, and my face looks smaller too T_T These days I look in the mirror and just laugh lol I’m taking five million selfies a day~~
