I was worried about a low bridge and a blunt nasal tip, and because I wanted something natural, the surgeon carried it out in a way that was not excessive and suited my face. They used septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and custom silicone. Another hospital had recommended donor rib cartilage, but Dr. Lee Ji-hwan said ear cartilage would be enough. Since this was my first surgery, I preferred ear cartilage over rib cartilage because I was being careful. People around me also say it turned out naturally and beautifully, and people who meet me for the first time do not really know I had nose surgery. As I wanted, the bridge became higher naturally, my features became clearer, and the nasal tip was made round, so I am satisfied.
