After my nose surgery 3 years ago, the cartilage at the tip of my nose became visible through the skin. One year ago, I had a non-open revision at the same place to shave down the tip cartilage, and this is a photo taken 3 to 4 days later. The skin was dissected improperly, turned dark like a bruise, and it seemed like pus also came out, but the clinic said that the pus-like stuff was my own sebum and that it would get better over time. Back then I was ignorant, so when they said it was my skin's fault, I thought maybe that was true, and I believed them when they said it would improve with time. But even now, a year later, the area is still red and has not gone away. That clinic now says the red area will not disappear anymore. They even said, instead, that a year ago, when the cartilage was showing through the skin, they told me not to do the revision and just leave it alone.. Is it okay to just leave cartilage visibility alone? Right now the skin at the tip of my nose has become thinner, and it seems like the cartilage is pushing through, so the white part of the tip has also become noticeably wider over the past month, so I am looking for a clinic for removal. I feel like the removal has to be done properly, so I have been going from the provinces to Seoul to visit clinics, but it costs a lot of money and the stress is extremely severe, and I cannot do anything else. I feel so wronged and my daily life is not functioning properly, so I wrote this in case there is any way to deal with it...
