My mom and I had surgery at the same hospital about 15 years ago. I had the bridge and tip done, but now the tip is a little crooked and I have an inflamed feeling inside one nostril (swollen and painful when pressed). My mom had ear cartilage inserted into the tip, and she says the tip hurts. And even from the outside, that one area looks bulging, which is so obvious. Mine was always a bulbous nose? a fleshy nose? a big nose? so I think I’ll need revision surgery after removal... My mom wants to remove everything and just correct the drooping columella, because from the side her nostril looks bigger. I’ve read so many posts here, but they’re all just initials. If anyone has actually had removal or revision surgery, could you help our mother-daughter pair? T_T
