I have already booked my revision surgery for contracture nose If anyone has had surgery or a consultation at [Clinic A], I would really appreciate an honest review. I have had nose surgery several times already, and because of inflammation and contracture, my nose has lifted a lot, so I am searching very carefully for a hospital with the thought that this may be my last chance. I was advised to use autologous costal cartilage for the revision surgery, and during the consultation I was told the plan would be to rebuild the columella and lower the tip naturally. What I want is not a flashy nose, but a stable reconstruction so contracture does not come back, and a natural straight-to-slightly-curved line that does not look upturned like a pig nose. If anyone has had revision surgery for contracture nose or inflamed nose at [Clinic A], I would be very grateful if you could honestly tell me anything at all, such as satisfaction with the result, the director's style, aftercare, whether contracture recurred, and how well the tip is maintained.
