Some hospitals use nasal packing when removing nose implants, and some do not. But when you have nose surgery, they usually use packing, right? Why do some places not use it? If they do not use nasal packing, there is no risk of complications like the bridge rising or the columella getting pulled inward, right? I am curious about the difference. I am planning to have my nose implant removed, but I had packing during the original surgery and it was honestly such a miserable experience that I never want packing again.
