I wrote up my consultation review for removal surgery [Clinic A] [Clinic B] [Clinic C]

I went from Daegu to Seoul for a removal consultation.My daughter is looking into removal surgery; she had her surgery in Daegu.She had silicone, septum, ear cartilage, and alar reduction done.In the end, timing didn’t work out, so among the top three clinics I only visited [Clinic A], and I have the other two booked for July 2.I’ve gotten a lot of help here too, so I’m leaving a consultation review. July 2: [Clinic B], [Clinic C], [Clinic D].I’ll leave another review after I go there.I went all the way from Daegu to Seoul, and it felt too bad to only visit one place, so I also went to [Clinic E] and [Clinic F].I think she’ll have the surgery at one of the top three clinics.I’m afraid of failing again, so I figured the top three might at least have a lower failure rate..First, [Clinic A] was just average, and it was similar to the reviews I read here.They recommended leaving 2 mm of low-profile silicone and keeping the septum because she has no columella, taking aesthetics into account. My daughter has a low bulbous nose.Whether silicone is inserted or not, the cost is the same.They consulted for about 20 to 25 minutes. It was a place I had expected more from, so I wanted a more thorough consultation, but after a while the consultation director came in and sat down, which felt like a signal to wrap up.Cost: 500.[Clinic E]They spent a long time consulting, but somehow it felt like there was no real substance.The septum can be removed without the nose collapsing, just like I had heard here.I remember them saying that cases like that are almost nonexistent.I was a bit disappointed that there was no CT or ultrasound or anything like that.Cost: 495.[Clinic F]For this one, my younger daughter mainly needs removal surgery, but since we were going to Seoul she wanted to also get a revision consultation, so we went because the timing worked out.The director was kind and gave a good consultation.They advised on both removal and revision surgery, but since I was focused on removal, I wasn’t especially swayed.The pretty daughter seemed tempted by this place. Here too, since the child is still young, they said to think aesthetically and use silicone as thin as possible, similar to [Clinic A], and leave an appropriate amount of the septum.If I judge by the consultation alone, this place looked the best to me.The cost at [Clinic F] was the highest, around 800.But this wasn’t a place I had thought much about, so I barely had any information and I’m not sure.I had been thinking only about full removal and cartilage rearrangement, but since [Clinic A] and [Clinic F] recommended the same thing, the child seems to be wavering emotionally.I need to think carefully after going to the July 2 consultations.I’ll leave another review after I go.[everyone], you don’t need to recommend [Clinic F] since it isn’t my priority.
