I removed the autologous costal cartilage and silicone that I already had, and this time I had a revision with ear cartilage. My nose has become incredibly, incredibly light, but even with the support in place, if the foreign-body sensation is not bothersome to this extent, does that mean that with full removal there is absolutely no foreign-body sensation at all?
