I had just been clinging to reviews about bulbous noses and alar reduction in men, but I’ve now finalized my consultation list. I booked J&G first because the reviews for men’s noses said it looked natural and masculine. My nose also has thick skin and tends to spread when I smile, so if I just make it higher without thinking, I feel like I’ll end up dissatisfied like Pinocchio 100 percent... So when I go, I plan to ask mainly about alar reduction and cartilage repositioning at the tip. If anyone has a similar case and got good results for a bulbous nose, please let me know the hospital.
