Honestly, before surgery I worried that not using an implant would mean there would not be much change. My nose was the typical wide, large type, so it looked heavy from the front. I wanted a natural straight-sloping look, not an artificial or flashy style, and they designed it to suit my face and explained the surgical method in a very easy-to-understand way. I also liked that at Dalbi Plastic Surgery, recovery is possible without nasal packing. Since breathing is comfortable, I did not get a headache, I went on walks diligently, ate well, and rested. I had surgery with Director Byun Jin-hwan, and now it has been 5 months, and I really love the result T_T By using a quadruple support structure with autologous costal cartilage to support the tip, the tip stayed nicely raised and the wide-nose appearance was reduced appropriately. I still cannot believe my nose could become this sharp T_T People around me keep praising it too, so I feel proud haha
