Nose Surgery Reviews

My third nose revision finally succeeded (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ)

I had my first surgery and then a tip revision at my previous clinic, but the result was so~~ disappointing. My nose looked too long, so people around me kept telling me to get it revised, and because the tip was pointed straight out like a line, the midface looked long and there was no feminine feeling at all T_T On top of that, the silicone was uneven and could be felt through the skin, and the dermis that had been added to the tip was too bunched up. In the end, I decided on a third revision because of the unnaturally protruding tip and the uneven shape. Since this was my third nose revision, I went through a consultation with the doctor while going into detail about my problems. For the tip, where the implant had shown through badly, we decided to use septal cartilage and donor rib Alloderm so it could be soft and sturdy. While replacing the bumpy silicone, we also made a plan to clearly correct the crooked nose and the nasolabial angle. I felt reassured because he accurately caught the line I wanted, which was elegant without being too much. It has now been exactly two weeks since surgery, and although there is still swelling in the front view, the line is already pretty. I keep wearing makeup because of work, but it does not interfere with daily life at all. Most of all, the tip that had bulged outward has become slimmer and the shape has become even, which is so amazing. The line from my forehead to my nose and chin has become prettier, so my expression looks much softer than before haha My nose also looks much shorter than before, so I love it so much!!! Even though it has only been two weeks, the shape has already settled beautifully just as I wanted, so I am very satisfied. I had a lot of worries because this was my third nose revision, but it is a relief that there is no asymmetrical feeling and the symmetry is perfectly matched. I am really looking forward to how much prettier it will become once more time passes and the tip and front-view swelling go down even more haha
