My biggest concern was that whenever I smiled, the tip of my nose would droop downward and look like a hooked nose. It was fine most of the time, but the shape changed the moment I smiled, so I kept noticing it in every photo T_T From the front or the side, my face never felt neatly put together, and my overall impression looked unbalanced, which was really stressful. So I decided to have nose surgery because I wanted the tip to stay stable even when I smiled naturally. I also trusted him more because he explained the surgical materials while considering the drooping tip, and instead of making the bridge overly high, he recommended a natural height that would suit my face. Overall, I felt our aesthetic preferences matched well~~ From the front, as I emphasized, the impression did not change much but looked naturally neat, which I liked, and the side profile came out beautifully with a smooth straight line, so I am very satisfied haha Since my nasal tip lacked support, I had autologous costal cartilage + a 3 mm silicone implant, and he designed it to suit my face naturally without overdoing it. After surgery, they also managed me with hyperbaric oxygen therapy and swelling laser treatment, so my recovery speed was good as an extra bonus. Before, I used to worry about my hooked nose whenever I smiled or took photos, but now I feel confident from every angle, and people around me say my impression stayed the same but I look much more refined and naturally prettier~ Thanks to Dr. Yu Gi-hyeon carefully reflecting my concerns, I think the result turned out even more satisfying.
