Since it is a place with only one director, there were many people in the waiting room coming for consultations or follow-ups.The director had surgery running late, so I had to wait a long time, but it seems popular among Japanese people.The waiting room was so noisy that it was hard to focus.Even though the director was busy, he was very kind, spent a long time on the consultation, and was very empathetic.He even took photos himself to explain things.I came in with a nose that had already had many revisions, and I was grateful that he tried to understand me rather than bluntly criticizing me.The manager was kind too.I don't like hospitals that tell you to do everything, and this one was not like that.
