I had a procedure to dissolve nose filler and then got Restylane nose filler afterward. It was also a clinic that came up a lot when I searched online for filler, and since the procedure price was much higher than other clinics, I thought the director must be very skilled and went in trusting them. But when I told the chief director the areas I wanted improved, they kept saying they could not do that and that none of it was possible. (It was an area that could be improved, since I had already had nose filler several times at other clinics. However, the director at the place where I was satisfied had retired, so I had no choice but to come to this clinic.) Director Park Moon-su seems to have a style of sticking to the director's own beliefs rather than talking with the patient and finding a middle ground. In any case, I paid a lot for the filler, but it looked crooked and became asymmetrical on both sides. Also, the skin on my nose kept itching. When I went back for a touch-up two weeks later and asked, 'The skin where I had filler injected is itchy. Could it be inflammation?' they basically dismissed it, saying, 'Then if the back of your hand itches after filler, would you say, “Oh, is it because of the filler?”' But I really was not saying some other part itched in a ridiculous way. I was saying the skin on my nose itched, and being spoken to like that in a sarcastic way made me feel very bad. And when I mentioned that it looked crooked and that there was a sunken area, he said his skill only goes this far. If that is the case, then they should not charge such a high price. Charging a price that rises with your skill level was ridiculous. Anyway, I think the director's style is to make only the smallest possible natural-looking adjustments, and if you go in expecting that they will not compromise with the style you want, then that is probably fine... I am now looking into dissolving it because I am not satisfied with the shape and getting it done elsewhere.
