I had revision double eyelid surgery and revision nose surgery done. My eyes are the type where the eyelid fold tends to eat into the line. I think they did the line well. They checked my progress well and also handled AS very well by reflecting feedback immediately. I had an AS procedure to raise part of the line height, but on one side it was just suddenly drawn as a line. I kept requesting AS, and later I was planning to just have another revision anyway. The manager in charge quit in the middle, so I no longer had my own manager either, and the hospital system was a bit inconvenient. I don't know about other people's noses, but looking at my own nose, it seems like they really pursue a very dramatic line.
