Review of Revision Rhinoplasty After Having Silicone

About 5 or 6 years ago, I had nose surgery with silicone. Within a year of the surgery, pus started coming out from the tip of my nose and then there was bleeding, so I had the silicone removed and thought to myself that nose surgery really has to be approached very carefully. Still, I had to live with a dropped nasal tip, and every time I looked in the mirror it bothered me, so I decided to undergo revision surgery.

I was worried a lot about revision rhinoplasty too, but people around me recommended it, and after reading reviews from people who had the surgery themselves and seeing real-life results, I’m so glad I went through with it. This time I had the surgery with autologous costal cartilage instead of silicone for safety, but I was mistaken when I thought it probably wouldn’t raise the nose much because it was autologous cartilage. My friends saw it and said it turned out so well, that they wanted to get it done too, and asked which hospital it was. Now that I have a nose line, I’m satisfied every time I look in the mirror! Also, as the tip of my nose got higher, my face became more defined, and I’m so glad I had the revision. The swelling went down quickly and I was back to daily life fast. Since it was revision surgery, I kept asking ChatGPT again and again what I should be careful about after surgery lol. I really think Girin Plastic Surgery is excellent at surgery!! I recommend it.
