I had my first double eyelid surgery with non-incisional fixation 11 years ago, but over time the line kept getting buried, so I had revision surgery. Because it was an incisional procedure and I tend to swell easily, I thought at first that the surgery might have gone badly, but as time passed the swelling went down more and more, and now the line shows clearly even when I open my eyes wide, so I’m really satisfied. I wanted a natural look this time too, so honestly I had wanted non-incisional surgery again, but I had a lot of fat in my eyelids, so I went with incision. Still, looking back, I think I made the right choice with the incisional method. Since I also had ptosis correction, opening my eyes became much easier, and I just wish I had done it sooner T_T
