I finally succeeded on my 5th nose surgery It kept going badly over and over, so I started thinking maybe my nose could only ever be like this and that I should just stop. But I went ahead thinking it would be my last try, and for the first time I actually like it. I was still anxious the whole time, but at 3 months I guess I can finally relax and just live with it, right? I also had philtrum reduction, and I like that my face seems to have changed too! I researched clinics over and over, and even though it was a bit more expensive, I chose a place that seemed likely to do a solid job, and I’m grateful my choice wasn’t wrong. The nostril show is gone, the nose shape came out the way I wanted, and the philtrum reduction turned out naturally without the scar or upper lip pulling-up I was worried about. Honestly, I’m a little cautious about leaving a review, but I kept posting updates from week 3 onward. A lot of people paid attention, and I wrote it hoping it would help people who are suffering like I was! I had it done at Lithmus, and since it’s a one-doctor clinic, the attention they gave me was better than at a large hospital. I had philtrum reduction plus tip work and nostril coverage, and over all 5 surgeries I tried autologous costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone, so I don’t think the problem was the material ^^!!
