Nose Re-Surgery

How are Ivy, Prima, and Misu in Apgujeong?

I wanted to get reviews from more people, so I wrote out the names instead of just using initials! My nose is not one that has had contracture, but it sometimes feels tight and, for psychological reasons, I am looking into full removal. Still, maybe because I am in my 20s, I originally had a bulbous nose, so I want to get cartilage repositioning too, and I hope it ends up better than my natural nose So I have been looking into it. [Clinic A] is said to pay attention to the shape too, but it does not seem like a clinic that specializes in removal for sure, though the reviews are so good that I am curious. [Clinic B] is one of the top three, right? They also say they care about shape, and I want to know about people who actually had removal there. [Clinic C] I found after suddenly looking around, but;; I do not really know. It feels like there are fewer reviews. And I wonder why some people do not want cartilage tying. Is there a reason? In my mind, if it is only tied with thread, it should be okay, but someone said they skipped Apgujeong because of that. But my nose was originally very short, so while repositioning, I want the tip to be a bit longer than my natural nose. Could cartilage repositioning do that...? I did it in my early 20s, so I kind of regret it... Looking at photos from back then now that I have grown a bit, it feels like I lost some weight and my bone structure changed a little too, so I keep thinking maybe I should have just left it alone~...
