Nose Re-Surgery

Nose removal consultation review

I had a consultation with [Clinic A] and [Doctor A]. [Clinic A] said opening up the nose and looking at it would be around 4-5 million KRW, and if any other measures were needed, they would be taken, with additional costs possible after surgery. Since I have a deviated septum, they said I should consider functional nose surgery. If the whole implant is removed, the nose might look more upturned or shorter. They said the original nose was too low, so they would place AlloDerm, but I said I would rather remove everything and then use hyaluronic acid filler. [Doctor A] said roughly 8 million KRW. To make the nostrils less visible, they said that if cartilage were added to lower the alar rim, the nostrils would come down even more than they are now. Because I did not get a CT scan, they did not mention the septum in detail. Both of them really did their best during the consultation. In my first surgery, it seems I had septal extension, ear cartilage, silicone, and even an alar cartilage-tie manipulation done. I think I still have a deviated septum now. If I remove everything from the nose, I am worried that if there is a deviated septum, the nose might rise more or collapse. Has anyone here had a full removal after developing a septal deviation following the first surgery? I am also planning a consultation at [Clinic B] and [Clinic C] later. I will post an update.
