I had nose removal surgery and got the stitches removed, but that area is red and feels sunken. The inside of my nose still has the dissolvable stitches left in place, and there it feels like it is swelling red again.. Is this scar tissue forming? It was not like this after the first surgery, I think.. Is it supposed to heal like this? Also, my nostrils were asymmetrical because contracture caused the septum to collapse and bend, and that has not improved The hospital did mention this in advance, but seeing it for real makes me wonder if it is really too strange. I do not want a third surgery, so I am just trying to live with it Will it keep getting worse? Can I just live with it as is?
