Nose Re-Surgery

Nose removal because of cartilage visibility and dissatisfaction with the shape

In January I had my first nose surgery with autologous costal cartilage and no implant, and three months later I developed inflammation in the columella. After open irrigation, I am now thinking about removal because of the fear that the inflammation might happen again and because I am dissatisfied with the shape. To me it looks like there is also cartilage visibility, but I am not sure exactly whether that is what it is .. If I can see something transparent and round on the tip of the nose, is that cartilage visibility? If I do not remove it and just keep living with it, could the cartilage visibility become more noticeable later on ..? As for the shape, I originally had a severe dorsal hump, so after shaving it down and raising the tip, the middle of the bridge feels like it is bent. It is like only the tip part is higher than the bridge, like Pinocchio? First I already booked consultations at [Clinic A] and [Clinic B], but .. if there are others with a similar experience, please let me know ..!
