Nose Re-Surgery

Sudden Redness at the Tip of My Nose, Please Help

It is not red like inflammation, and there is no warmth or pain; it is a light pink color.. It has been like this since a few days ago (it was not like this before, but suddenly it became like this). At first when I noticed it, I was unsure whether it was pink, but when I washed my face or when it got hot or was irritated, only the tip of my nose would become much pinker After watching it for a while, I feel sure something is wrong.. Has anyone had this? If I go to the hospital, is there anything they can do right away...? I do not even know why this is happening It has been 2 months, I had no implant, and used ear cartilage and septal cartilage My nose bridge is low too.. My skin is thin and I tend to flush easily, so could the tip of my nose have gotten thinner? I am genuinely terrified every day, please help. If I need revision surgery, would using dermis solve it..? Is there any way to reverse redness once it has started?? Also, I am taking isotretinoin. I was told it was okay to take, so I am taking it, but could that be affecting this..? Is there anyone here who had nose surgery and is taking isotretinoin?
