I went after watching YouTube and blogs because I wanted only the back part pinched with one or two stitches instead of a full revision. I did see reviews saying they were unfriendly, but I also liked the photos after surgery, so I was thinking that as long as the surgery itself was good, it would be fine. But during the consultation, when I said no to the eye-opening correction they recommended, they said they couldn't do the surgery then. Eye-opening correction isn't even a required procedure... Their attitude and tone during the consultation were also bad. T_T I wondered whether surgery could really go well when communication that should reflect the customer's needs wasn't working, so I ultimately decided not to do it there. T_T
