It has been about 3 months since my mom had brow lift + ptosis correction at Intro Plastic Surgery, so I wanted to leave a review. From the very first consultation, the director carefully listened to what my mom wanted and explained only what was necessary without pushing anything excessive, so I felt confident. I also liked that, with a one-doctor system, they handled everything carefully from consultation to surgery to follow-up checks. Right after surgery there was a little swelling and bruising, but the hospital explained how to manage it well and responded quickly, so recovery was more comfortable than expected. It has been about 3 months now, and most of the swelling has gone down and her eyes look much clearer. Above all, her impression feels naturally brighter, so our family is satisfied too. What I like most is that it does not look overdone and the change feels natural. People around us also say my mom looks much less tired and her expression has become softer, so overall satisfaction is high. I was satisfied with the whole process from consultation to surgery to aftercare, and I wanted to leave this review because it may help anyone worried about drooping eyelids :)
