Five years ago I had silicone, ear cartilage, and septal extension. If I remove everything, will my nose get even shorter and smaller than my natural nose? It was already short, so I'm worried it will get even shorter. I would be happy if it could at least look as it did before surgery, but when I went in for a consultation they only said everything would return to normal, so if anyone has a full-removal review, please let me know T_T
