Please ignore the swelling for now and look at it My columella came down a lot, so my nose looks shorter and that part got much better too My bulbous nose was really severe, so I gave up a lot of my wishes and had surgery, but it actually seems to have turned out more natural, so I'm okay......After nose surgery, it hurt like crazy until the splint came off, but seeing the shape, I can say healing is complete Pain is temporary, beauty is forever......
