I heard that autologous costal cartilage is used a lot when getting the nose done again. Is it true that from the second surgery onward, autologous costal cartilage is used a lot? I also saw reviews of revision surgery with donor rib cartilage, but when I went to Rowell, they said the price for donor rib cartilage and autologous rib cartilage is the same. Then wouldn’t doing it with autologous rib cartilage be much more cost-effective?
