For my first surgery, the quote came to 6.95 million won. My nose is short and low. So they said they would put 3.5 to 4 mm custom silicone in the bridge, and 4.8 mm in the tip, along with autologous cartilage in the tip and columella. When using 4 mm silicone, it can show through, so they also included donated dermis or temporal bone for an additional 550,000 won. It was so expensive that I honestly wavered, but the reason I still decided on this place was that I thought the director had excellent aesthetic sense. I visited other clinics too, of course, but honestly the tip line here is insanely beautiful. My aesthetic preference matches this place best. My mother and my cousin both chose this place too, so I decided to proceed here. I only plan to include photo reviews and I am not going to have additional bridge-skin correction. The director first looked at my facial proportions and then told me what was needed for the nose surgery, so personally I thought it was a clean quote.
