My hump nose was severe, my nose was very long, and my philtrum was long as well, so my midface proportion was long.After I decided I wanted rhinoplasty, I really spent every spare moment researching and going to consultations.I had my surgery with Director Han Sang-cheol.The director said we should improve the midface by changing the nasal line, so he raised the bridge, corrected the hump, and after checking the CT, said the tip could probably be done with septal cartilage, so only septal cartilage was used. He planned the surgery so that while correcting the nasolabial angle, the philtrum would be adjusted at the same time.The droopy, arrow-like tip was improved, the tip came to life, and my facial proportions seem better too.The photos are bare-faced and after makeup, taken by a friend at home and in a random bathroom, but I’ve gained confidence in my side profile.
