I’ve always felt like the tip of my nose looked droopy and collapsed, so it was a big source of stress for me. I also worried that my nose looked flat overall, and I especially felt disappointed every time I looked at my side profile. Then I found Lowell on another forum and, after seeing that the surgery could be done without extra costs except for a custom implant, I went in for a consultation. At first I wanted to compare several hospitals, but after visiting in person and consulting with Dr. Kim Jae-yoon, I felt reassured because he carefully looked at my nose condition and concerns and explained everything kindly. During the consultation, he answered each of my questions well, and instead of pushing me aggressively, he explained things in a way that suited my face, which made me feel even more at ease. So I went ahead with the surgery. The bridge was done with a 3D implant called Sopit, and the tip was done using autologous costal cartilage. After surgery, the tip that had bothered me the most looks much more defined, and my side profile line feels much more three-dimensional and refined than before, so I’m satisfied. It’s only been two weeks, but people around me have already said my nose line has become naturally and beautifully refined, which made me really happy. I especially like that it doesn’t look overly obvious, but has changed naturally to suit my face. During recovery, I was worried because the autologous costal cartilage area seemed to heal a bit more slowly than in other people, but when I asked the hospital about it, they actively suggested a treatment direction and responded responsibly, which reassured me. I felt like they were taking care of not just the surgery result but also the recovery process, which made me trust them more. I had been worried a lot about my droopy tip and flat nose line, but I’m happy because it seems to have improved naturally. I hope this review helps anyone looking for a natural nose line.
