There is bleeding and inflammation in my nose, so I am trying to remove it... Both S and P said it would be better to do it quickly, so they gave me an early surgery date. 1. S said total removal, of course. 2. P also said total removal is possible, or else they could trim only the nasal tip cartilage and preserve it. They also mentioned raising it with that artificial dermis?? P said that if I do total removal, I will probably regret it aesthetically a lot, but total removal is better, right.... S is more famous for total removal, so even if it is a little more expensive, I am thinking of doing it at S. But P said that if they remove it and there is damage to the bone, they might be able to add material again. Would S just close it up then? Please tell me some reviews of S and P, I cannot find them easily. T_T Please.
