There were so many people as soon as I went in. I waited about 20 minutes. I think it was because I had booked late and arrived a bit early. It really gave off a slightly factory-like feeling. I didn’t get to speak with a doctor. I talked with the manager, and rather than technical details, they briefly explained what surgery I should have and why. They didn’t seem very sure of themselves. They kept saying they would do it the way I wanted, but I actually didn’t like that very much, and it seemed like they lacked confidence. The consultation manager was kind and explained things well. I don’t think I’ll get surgery here.
