It seems very well known for using autologous costal cartilage.The surgeon does not like removing septal cartilage and prefers autologous costal cartilage.If everything is placed with autologous costal cartilage, I wonder if it would become stiff, but they said it would not be possible to make a pig nose, though it would still move to some degree.The surgeon was very kind, answered every question I asked, and explained things while showing the PPT.The biggest downside is that the price is really too high.It came out to 10 million KRW for the first surgery lol...Still, I think this is a hospital I would consider if I ever need a revision again.If the aesthetics suit you and cost is not a concern, it does not seem bad.
