I had a lot to think about after visiting several clinics for rhinoplasty consultations, but this clinic left a strong impression because from the consultation stage they clearly explained that they perform surgery using only septal cartilage. They first carefully examined my nose condition, checking skin thickness, nasal tip cartilage elasticity, and the amount of septal cartilage, and they explained why ear cartilage or costal cartilage would not be necessary based on my nose, so it was easy to understand. They said the goal was not to simply make it higher or change it excessively, but to improve it naturally to suit my current facial proportions, which made me trust them. In particular, they honestly explained both the advantages and the limitations of using only septal cartilage, which made me trust them even more, and I also liked that they do not recommend an overly aggressive design. Throughout the consultation, the answers to my questions were detailed, and they explained side effects and the recovery process realistically, so it did not feel exaggerated.
