I went for a nose surgery consultation. CT fee was 30,000 won + consultation fee 20,000 won. If you make a same-day reservation, they waive the consultation fee (deposit 500,000 won). It was my first surgery. The estimate came to 8.6 million won for crooked-nose cartilage fixation, autologous dermis for the bridge, hump reduction osteotomy, and filling the step-off with septal cartilage + ear cartilage. They showed me the CT scan and drew on top of it with a marker to explain in detail what shape it would likely become afterward. They said it would be done under sedation anesthesia, and the manager was also kind. But I thought the price was really steep. The consultation was very friendly and they explained things well, so I made a same-day reservation. With the 500,000 won deposit, review, and same-day reservation, I got the estimate discounted to 7 million won.
