I came back after a consultation about full nose removal. Overall, I got the impression that they were extremely thorough. They checked my current nose condition one by one and explained in detail why it ended up looking this way and what changes could happen after removal. Rather than only talking about the good points, they honestly explained the limitations and possible issues too, which actually made me trust them more. I liked that they answered each question sincerely. The atmosphere of the consultation was also comfortable, so I could talk without feeling tense, and overall it felt like they were helping me think 충분히 from the patient's perspective. If you are considering removal surgery, I think it would be worth getting a consultation there at least once.
