I had a non-implant tip rhinoplasty with septal extension and ear cartilage grafting. As my nasal tip started to lift, nostril exposure increased and the width of my alar base? also got narrower, so the balance got completely messed up. I want to remove everything, but has anyone here had the same surgery at either of these two places? I'm desperately hoping the nostril width and alar base will go back to how they were, and that I'll regain my original impression. It's been almost 2 years since the surgery.
