It’s been one month since I had hump nose surgery with no implant at Yejin Plastic Surgery. Up until about day 4 after surgery, it hurt when I slept, but after that I had no major discomfort in daily life, and because they used ear cartilage, I’ve only had occasional soreness in my ear, nothing else in particular has hurt so far! I’m sure natural constitution matters too, but I really do think the surgeon’s skill has a huge impact on post-op swelling and bruising. I had very little bruising and swelling after surgery. When I went back to the hospital at the one-week checkup, another person waiting there saw me and said, “I thought it had been a month since your surgery.” If you want a natural line without an implant, I think it’s really important to find a surgeon with lots of experience who is meticulous. If recovery right after surgery is fast, satisfaction is higher!
