If You Had Nose Surgery and It Turned Too Pointy, Come In

I really agonized over whether to write this, but I’m posting because I think there may be people like me and I want this to help... The hospital I went to before no longer exists, but back then the surgeon didn’t consider my skin condition or nose condition at all and just kept making it higher, so my first nose surgery was a total fail, as you can see from the photos. At the time I was young and didn’t know much about cosmetic surgery, so it was also my fault for not checking properly, but anyway, as time passed, the silicone became visible and the tip of my nose lifted, and it changed into a completely sharp witch nose.. It even started to look upturned, so in photos only my nose stood out and my impression also looked harsher, so after getting nose surgery I ended up covering my face more or hardly taking any photos at all. On top of that, my nose kept turning red, and I thought if this went wrong I might get contracture. So I urgently started looking into revision surgery. I visited four clinics for consultations, but I still wasn’t sure, so I kept researching online, and since Top Class specializes in noses and the surgeon had a long career, I booked a consultation right away. The consultation itself was really thorough, and once they looked at my CT and explained one by one the safe surgery plan tailored to my nose condition, I made up my mind immediately lol Because my skin is very thin and not the kind that stretches well, I had surgery using autologous costal cartilage. Honestly, saying it doesn’t hurt would be an exaggeration lol It hurt until day 3, but after that it didn’t interfere much with daily life. I’m at week 3 now, and even though there’s still some swelling, I’m super satisfied with the result. Compared with before surgery, the overall nose line has become rounder and more natural, and the lifted tip came down a lot too, so my impression changed completely. Before, I looked too sharp and like a strong older-sister type, but now I look softer, more luxurious, and more polished...? lol People around me keep asking what I did, but rather than it looking obviously operated on, they say my image became much better than before. There are probably people like me who feel stressed because their nose is too pointy or too flashy after surgery. Please, really choose your hospital carefully T_T If I had researched properly and had the surgery earlier, I wouldn’t have needed revision surgery lol I’m now regretting my past self for being careless and not looking into it properly before my first surgery.
