I had double-eyelid surgery here 10 years ago. The consultation manager was a psychopath (I do not know whether the current manager is the same person or has stayed on). It was my first surgery and I knew absolutely nothing, but they told me to practice opening my eyes even before the stitches were removed. In the end, after the stitches were removed, the front canthoplasty stitches burst, and because I had no time off and could not go to the hospital, I could not have them re-stitched. I had the front canthoplasty repaired somewhere else. If I had not done eye-opening exercises while still wearing the stitches, the result would probably have been better. And when designing the surgery beforehand, I asked for it to be higher, but on their own they said, "I do not think you will be satisfied with that," and when they told the director, the director made it higher too lol. Also, because I had seen community reviews at the time saying that if you add swelling treatment and everything else, the medicine alone can come to around 200,000 won, I asked them to exclude anything unnecessary, but they only gave me Rizaben that they had in the hospital, left out even basic things like scar ointment, and did not give me a prescription, so I could not treat it properly. Back then it was my first surgery ever and I had no information, so I thought maybe it was supposed to be that way, but fortunately it healed well and the line was fine once the swelling went down, although the scar was enormous. The employee who was about to give me the prescription and then took it back was the same, and the manager's attitude before and after surgery changed completely, which was really awful. Why take your frustration out on the customer? Almost 10 years later, when I got eye ointment during a front canthoplasty revision, I felt an enormous foreign-body sensation in the 10-year-old double-eyelid line and could not even open my eyes. Why does that happen?? ^^ Summary: The consultation manager explained things strangely, so the result was bad. The way they treated people before and after surgery changed completely. Ten years later, after another eye surgery, the stitches caused a huge foreign-body sensation; normally it is fine. The line itself is okay. I asked for it to be made high because I expected it to be hidden by weight gain, and it suited me. It took about 9 months for the swelling to go down. And because I was fat, they made me go into surgery wearing my regular clothes instead of the surgery gown lol (my BMI was 27 at the time). I did not know that was strange then, but after having surgery elsewhere in a clean and comfortable way, I realized how weird that was. Back then, community reviews were saying that during surgery the doctor scratches itchy spots with a cotton swab as a sign of hygiene and attentiveness, but during my entire surgery they poked and scratched my face with a cotton swab at least five times right in front of me If you were going to scratch it, do it where I could not see it, what is this performance for At that time it cost 1.4 million won in cash, and I think they got annoyed because I asked if there could be a bit more discount, but now they are advertising it well at 1.2 million.
