I was bothered by the hollow under my eyes, so I had my first surgery at Hamhaebyeol, together with midface volume enhancement. On the day of surgery, as expected, swelling and bruising came up, but daily life was not very uncomfortable. By day 5, the bruising had darkened and was noticeable, but the swelling felt like it was gradually going down. After about a month, the lines had settled and it looked much more natural. Once the under-eye area became flatter, the whole face looked brighter, which is what I am happiest about. I am glad I did the midface too, and my face feels less sunken overall. Even now I am satisfied, and the result is settling in stably. I also noticed some fine lines around the eyes, so I am planning to manage that area with injections.
