At the time, it was the first hospital I consulted with, and they said something like: this kind of eye has a lot of fat and thick skin, so it has to be done with incision. But even with incision it will probably loosen. They did not really recommend double eyelid surgery. If I still wanted it, they said they would do eye correction plus incision. That was more or less how they explained it. The explanation was very detailed and I appreciated that they spoke in a way that even someone who did not know much could understand, but it felt like, do you really need double eyelids? So I went somewhere else. And in the end one side did loosen, so I had it redone haha It feels like a place that speaks realistically rather than saying everything is possible.
