I had forgotten my password for the community, so I could not post, but I am finally writing now... In February 2025, I had incisional double eyelid surgery, eye correction, and epicanthoplasty at [Clinic A] in Seomyeon, Busan!
They said I had an extreme amount of fat in my upper eyelids and that my skin was very thick. So I was very worried that I might end up with sausage eyes, and I think I visited every plastic surgery clinic in Seomyeon...
At one clinic, they said it was one of the hardest double eyelid cases they had seen, and that they would need to use an incision method different from what is usually used for ordinary people. T_T
Then I found [Clinic A] Plastic Surgery through Naver Map, and although there were not many reviews on this community, it looked like they were good at creating natural double eyelids and had a lot of experience, so I went for a consultation.
The consultation coordinator was kind, and the doctor was very easygoing. He addressed all the points I had been worrying about and explained, with drawings, what I had heard at other clinics. Seeing that made me decide to have the surgery there. After all, this was my first surgery in my life, so I was nervous, but this was the first place that resolved all my questions and put me at ease... My ideal look was natural but not so subtle that it would disappear << That was exactly the vibe of this hospital too, and I liked that they said the epicanthoplasty and upper canthoplasty would be done without being excessive, to match the double eyelid line.
They kept talking to me and made me feel comfortable during the surgery too! When I went back to the hospital a week later, the aftercare system was also very good, so I am satisfied that I had the surgery here!! I usually do not write reviews like this, but since this place mostly came through referrals from acquaintances, people on the community probably did not know much about it either. So for people with concerns like mine... people with thick eyelids who want a natural line... I recommend going for a consultation at this hospital!! I had surgery for cosmetic reasons because I kept opening my eyes with my forehead and my eyelashes were poking into my eyes, and I am beyond satisfied. I should have done it sooner... This is not an ad... I am writing this review because I was the one who used to worry since there were no surgery reviews for this hospital on the community, and I wanted it to be useful to others!!
